Two dogs, Pearl and Raleigh, were spotted on a Dallas highway after they got lost in an ice storm. Pearl has been reunited with her owner, but the search for Raleigh is still on.
Pets should always be monitored when outside - it only takes a moment to disappear. Please urge friends to keep an eye on their pets, and not leave them outside by themselves.
