No Canadá, uma pessoa saiu e deixou seu cachorro trancado na varanda de seu apartamento enfrentando temperatura abaixo de zero.

O inverno é rigoroso no país e o apartamento fica no 16º andar do prédio.

Ao ouvir os uivos do cão, vizinhos decidiram agir para ajuda-lo.

Uma foto dele foi publicada no Facebook e repercutiu rapidamente. Além disso, as pessoas começaram a ligar para a ONG Humane Society (que luta pelos direitos dos animais), controle de zoonoses, a polícia e, até mesmo, o zelador do prédio.
