Good Samaritan

In A Coruña, Spain, concerned animal lovers feared that a dog walking along a building’s slanted roof top would lose its balance and fall to his own death. Luckily the dog’s owner was made aware of the precarious situation and helped bring the pet back to safer ground.

The naughty dog was home alone at the time of the incident, and through a back window, the pet was able to exit the residence and access the rooftop.

When Linda Quinn, from Coxheath, Nova Scotia, Canada, went out to walk her dogs on November 30, 2014, the last thing she thought was that she would be saving a senior dog from drowning in a river. Not only did she save the pet, she also helped reunite the dog with the worried owners.

No one knows how a puppy from High Point, North Carolina, got trapped in a storm drain outside a home located in Burton Avenue and Dorothy Street, but thanks to the home owner, rescuers from Ruff Love Rescue, and dozens of Facebook users, the puppy was successfully rescued.

On Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, a Rottweiler survived being thrown from a moving car while trapped inside a sleeping bag. The car was traveling in Queens, NYC, near the Jackie Robinson Parkway. The dog was saved thanks to other motorists who witnessed the cruel act.
