Hope for Paws

Após receber uma ligação de um agente imobiliário local, que informou que a família que vivia no local se mudou e deixou a cadela para trás, protetores da ONG Hope for Paws se dirigiram ao local para realizar o resgate.

O agente, que vinha alimentando a cadela há algumas semanas enquanto procurava ajuda, deu acesso ao local.

Suja e cheia de pulgas, a cachorrinha claramente ficou assustada ao ver pessoas novas, mas rapidamente cedeu e se deixou levar, confiando na protetora e permitindo que a mesma se aproximasse.

With the colder weather coming for most of us here in the United States, and many other places abroad, the time to remember our furry friends is here more than ever.  There are so many abandoned dogs out there, tired of life on the streets with no food and shelter.  Remember folks, they rely on us just as much as we rely on them.  They give us so much, and expect nothing but love in return.  If you can, please contact your local animal shelters, and see if there isn’t some way you can help.

This is the touching story of the great folks at Hope for Paws and their rescue of two dogs that had been living in a junkyard.  The pair were homeless, and in need of some love.  The female was very fearful of humans, so they had to gain her trust first.  Using their trademark gentle touch, and a bit of good old fashioned food-bribery, these two were brought in from the cold, and are looking for that forever home.  ONce again, great job guys!

O pessoal da Hope for Paws foi chamado para resgatar uma cadela que estava machucada e muito assustada escondida no mato. Porém quando eles chegaram lá tiveram uma linda surpresa. Haviam três filhotinhos recém nascidos junto com a mais nova mamãe.

Ela não queria abandonar seus filhotes e por isso resistiu muito ao resgate. Ao perceber que tudo estava bem, ela ficou mais tranquila.

Apesar de Iris ter um de seus olhos machucados, todos passam bem.

When Hope for Paws gets a call, they answer!  This time they saved an injured homeless dog named Iris and her three little puppies from a den she had made in some bushes in a dangerous LA neighborhood.

Eldad Hagar and the Hope for Paws crew have rescued yet another dog. This poor pit bull was tortured by neighborhood kids.  They would throw rocks at him, and beat on him.  Thanks to a good Samaritan placing a call to the Hope for Paws gang, this poor, tortured soul is in good hands.

Hope for Paws got a call about a stray dog that had been living in a lot.  There were many escape routes, so capturing him would be difficult.  Eldad Hagar and Lisa Arturo blocked up the holes and brought a huge net to corner him.
