A home from the east side of Detroit caught fire earlier this morning and local firefighters were called to the scene to help rescue four residents and a three-year-old Shih-tzu poodle named Cream.
A person walking in front of the house noticed smoke coming from the house and called the fire department. Once rescuers arrived they fought off flames and rescued the trapped residents.
Two pets, 5-year-old Smash and 8-month-old bulldog Dodger, were hiding on the second floor of a Virgina home that caught fire. Luckily, firefighters came to their rescue.
