Vivian Mayo, 57, was discovered around 1 am on Wednesday sheltered beneath the shell of her snowmobile, which she burned to keep Elvis and herself warm.
“I wanted to take a dog that didn’t have a shot, that I know physiologically can do the work. It’s just a matter of motivation,” said officer Matt Zarrella.
