Reunited

Former clinic employee Mary Brewer called Marian and Jamie Harris to tell them that Sid was still alive, and that she had witnessed abuse at Camp Bowie.

Back in February, Keiko was in her yard when a thunderstorm spooked her. The dog jumped the fence and got lost, but 53 days later the Rhodesian ridgeback was found.

Bobby fell into a well after playing with his owner. He barked desperately until police officers rescued him and brought him out to safety.

A New Jersey woman invited her date to her apartment, but the man didn't steal her heart. Instead, he took her flat screen TV and dog.

No one knows how long the canine was in the water, but if it wasn't for Deputy Frye who was patrolling the area, the four-legged friend wouldn't be alive today.

"It's just a gift to have her back. She'll be able to live out the rest of her years loved and cared for," said April Hight.

A dog from the pound helps mend the hearts of a mom and son who have just lost their family pet, but the rescue dog needs medical help.

“Someone told me to look on Craigslist, and I did. It was the first ad. It said ‘border collie mix,’ and I knew right away that it was my dog,” Sarah Cantano said.

Thanks to a network of animal lovers, Bella traveled from Alabama to southern Indiana to be reunited with her rightful owners. The dog had been lost for five years.

"Following completion of an investigation, including a canine autopsy of Buddy, which was authorized by his owner, it was determined that there were no puncture marks, crushing or other identifiable cause of death of Buddy. Further, the County has been unable to locate the other dog witnesses describe was involved. Additionally, the County had a behavioral review conducted of Zeus," says Colene McEntee.
