April Smith and Hope Wilson from Pa., fostered Jenny for two months, but in reality "Jenny" is Sassy from Ky. Thanks to a microchip Sassy is now back home.
A Jack Russell Terrier spent one night trapped in a wall of rocks after it chased something into it. Lucky for the pet, its owners worked tirelessly to free him.
“When I saw her it was like everything just flooded back at once. It was like, that's her!” April Helland said. “It was just so overwhelmingly emotional for me.”
It wasn't clear if 9-month-old Pierre and 2-year-old Rue were stolen from the house or if they simply ran off during the break-in, but fortunately the two pets were found.
“My wife was in tears, as she left him, saying, ‘I am sorry, I am sorry,’” the husband said. “He’s being well taken care of and, boy, we’re just so extremely grateful.”
