In a Brazil, a terrified dog was trapped in shallow canal. The flowing water had a fast current and the dog sought refuge a top accumulated garbage in the middle of the canal. Thanks to concerned neighbors who spotted the distressed dog, the pet was rescued.

On November 1, 2014, drivers in Pereira, Colombia, stopped a woman from intentionally killing her dog after the woman tied her pet to the back of her car and planned to drag him to death.

Independente de quantas vezes o tutor chame, o cachorro simplesmente não acorda. Dormindo aparentemente profundamente, é difícil acreditar que ele vai acordar para qualquer coisa.

Mas se engana quem pensa que aqueles ouvidinhos não estão abertos, apesar das aparências. Quando o nome “treat” (equivalente a bifinho) é falado, o cachorrinho acorda rapidamente, com uma carinha assustada.

Bifinho faz milagres.

A little Chi-weenie named Trixxie had her life saved when Happy, the neighbor’s Rottweiler, prevented her from becoming a coyote’s breakfast.

Early one morning back in 2010, Trixxie was put out on a chain to take care of her business while her owner did the same inside.  She was only out there for a few minutes when a coyote ambushed her.  The chain prevented the coyote from running off with her in his mouth.

Buzu vivia nas ruas, invisível da mesma forma como outros cãezinhos na mesma situação. Seu único conforto era uma caixa de papelão, onde ele dormia e se sentia protegido.

Felizmente uma pessoa de grande coração resolveu tirar Buzu das ruas. No vídeo nós podemos conferir seu primeiro banho e o contato com novos amiguinhos.

Buzu recebeu todo o tratamento necessário, ele havia desenvolvido um problema de pele e também haviam muitas pulgas. Agora o cãozinho está esperando alguém que possa lhe dar muito amor e um lar.

Popeye is a pit bull mix.  His family abandoned him after they had a house fire, and he wound up on his own.  Thanks to the wonderful people at It’s the Pits and the great folks over at Hope for Paws, Popeye is no longer on the streets and on his way to finding that family that will love him forever.
